"An Act revising Rule 15, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure,                 
relating to depositions, to adopt the comparable federal rule."                
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:

"An Act amending Rule 15, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure,                 
relating to depositions."
